Magic Hands Car Wash ( Carlito )

Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the car wash service I received today, April 11th 2026 As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your services in the past. However, today's experience was far below the standards I have come to expect. The car wash appeared rushed and incomplete. Several areas were clearly missed, and the overall quality of the cleaning was sloppy. I noticed [mention specific examples, like "dirt still present on the lower panels," or "streaks on the windows"]. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering my loyalty as a frequent customer. I am also concerned about the apparent lack of attention to detail, which I attribute to the staff's inexperience or lack of motivation. While I understand the need for efficiency, it should not come at the expense of quality. Due to this disappointing experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your car wash in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve the quality of your service. Sincerely, Raquel

My girlfriend had the misfortune of visiting this car wash, where she paid $50.00 for a comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning service. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations, as the front of her vehicle was left covered in a sticky substance, likely picked up from the road. Notably, this issue was not addressed in the initial service agreement, and when I requested that it be rectified, I was informed that an additional fee would apply. Upon further investigation, it became apparent that the substance could be easily removed with soap and water and a little bit of scrubbing. Despite this, the car wash staff refused to take responsibility, insisting on further payment. Attempts to contact the owner via phone have been met with silence. Given my experience, I would advise against patronizing this establishment.

Hard working, friendly and humble staff. Prices a little bit overpriced for a simple wash (soap & water) but I will give this car wash another chance for other services. Recommend it ok.

I visited this car wash and during the service, my vehicle’s leather interior was damaged (ripped). This damage was not present before the wash, and I immediately brought it to the attention of the employee who was working on my car. Instead of taking responsibility or offering help, the employee dismissed my concern and told me to “call the police and make a report.” I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Unfortunately, the manager was just as dismissive and said, “That’s not from now, just do what you gotta do.” At no point did anyone attempt to inspect the damage, apologize, or offer a solution. I was treated with complete disregard and disrespect. Because of their lack of accountability, I had no choice but to call the police and file a report.

The crew did an amazing job cleaning the interior of my van. The seats got messed up bad due to multiple road trips and kids. There was chocolate milk amongst other stains on the surfaces. They finished with the car looking brand new.
